Summer Session

The summer months are an ideal time to enter a slow nourishing season, to rest and restore. In this time we can work to expand and deepen our capacity to nourish our being. Amy Hupe will run a Somatic Expressive Arts Psychotherapy group.

In this 4 week group we will begin with a somatic process of experience the messages living in our body, from that opening process we will then dive into an art making process to express something of the essence of the experience we connected to, and consolidate that expression in a group process. This group will offer you an experience of unburdening, a space to receive nourishing care, and experience of a self-care practice you will be able to invite into your life.

The group will be held at Evergarden Psychotherapy, all materials provided. The group will run for 90 minutes, for 4 weeks in July starting the week of July 7th, exact day and time TBD, the cost is $300 with a 25% discount for inviting a friend.
